Our Work

Our work recognizes that education, youth direction, household income, and family relationships often influence one another.
For this reason, we use an approach that responds to connected realities rather than isolated needs.

Family Stability Initiative (FSI)

The Family Stability Initiative is the main framework through which Amsha Futures works alongside households in four connected areas of everyday life.

It focuses on practical conditions that influence learning, relationships, and economic direction over time.

Four Pathways to Family Stability

EDUCATION SUPPORT

We help children remain connected to learning by supporting both their school participation and the encouragement they receive at home.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Through mentorship and practical life guidance, we help young people build confidence, make thoughtful decisions, and shape their own path forward.

ECONOMIC EMPOWEREMENT

We support families to strengthen their income through savings practices, financial understanding, and small enterprise efforts.

FAMILY WELL-BEING

We support parents, caregivers, and young people in building healthy relationships, intergenerational guidance, and home environments where every member can grow and feel supported.

The challenges families face are rarely isolated.
Our work responds to these realities together,

helping families build stronger foundations for the future.

Five Years Vision

Over the next five years, Amsha Futures aims to test, refine, and carefully expand a grounded model that stays practical, adaptable, and rooted in local realities. Our focus is on learning from experience, adjusting as we go, and building approaches that respond to what communities actually need and say.

  • Strengthening learning through pilot experience
  • Deepening partnerships
  • Improving program design through practice
  • Expanding community learning

Where We Are

Amsha Futures is in an early stage, focused on learning from communities, building steady partnerships, and carefully shaping practical programs that support families and young people. Our work is growing step by step, guided by real experiences and grounded in what people say they need.
